JOB OPENING
Management Assistant Officer
The
officer will provide administrative and secretarial support for the
Bioethics Advisory Committee. The responsibilities include:
- Arranging for meetings and assisting in the preparation of meeting materials
- Assisting
in organisation of public events and consultations, workshops, seminars
and conferences (including an international conference)
- Attending to phone enquiries
- General website maintenance
- Office housekeeping, logistical needs and procurement
Requirements:
- A-level / Diploma holder, preferably with relevant working experience
- Proficient
in MS Office applications (ability to create and manage databases using
MS Excel and ability in computer graphic design are advantageous)
- Meticulous, organised, self-initiated and willing to learn
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to work in a team
