This policy establishes how the BAC handles the information it learns about you when you visit its site. The specific practices outlined in this Privacy Policy apply only to the BAC's web site.

The BAC collects only the following information that is automatically recognized as you browse through the BAC web site:

Unless it is specifically stated otherwise, no additional information will be collected about you.

Except in the course of officially authorized law enforcement investigations, or in the event of a suspected attempt to deliberately circumvent the BAC web site's security with the intent to gain unauthorized access or to do physical damage, none of this information is reviewed at an individual level. The BAC does not associate the information stored in a cookie with any other personal data. If you do not want your information used in this manner, you may disable your cookies.

In no case does the BAC disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about its web site visitors, unless required by law.

If you choose to e-mail the BAC, the BAC will store the question and the e-mail address information so as to respond electronically. Any additional information you may provide will be maintained only as long as needed to respond to your question or to fulfill the stated purpose of the communication. Unless otherwise required by law, the BAC will not identify publicly who sends questions or comments to its web site.

The BAC does not retain or distribute lists of e-mail addresses to any other party.
